The 2 + 2 + 2 follow up plan was created by Mary Kay Ash herself to make sure our customers know how important they are to us!
2 DAYS after the sale is a phone call to ask them how they like the product, do they have any questions, how they are using the product to see if we need to tweak their program. This is a crucial call because if they are having some minor breakouts as their skin gets cleaned out, we can let them know that is perfectly normal and should go away after 2 weeks or so. We can stop issues from becoming issues with this first call in 2 days.

CUSTOMER DELIVERY SERVICE
Ship orders from Mary Kay Inc using the Customer Delivery Service (CDS) on InTouch! You can manually enter orders with payment for your customers. And your customers who place online orders will go here.
Including a product sample in your customer order bags is a great way to make your customer feel special, to increase sales and attract new customers.
