Selling strategy
Mary Kay taught us that, "Nothing happens until someone sells something." Can you imagine going to any store to get something you need, only to find out they wouldn't sell it?
Mary Kay believed it was just as honorable to sell something as to buy something. Her goal was that we, the independent sales force, who by the way is #1 in the world, we see an invisible sign around our guests necks saying "Make Me Feel IMPORTANT!" She truly felt our goal was to find a need and fill it. Today the need I see all around me is the need for more girlfriend time! After everything shut down and we were no longer able to have that girl-time connection to our besties, the Mary Kay beauty party is just the place to kick back, hang with besties and just enjoy life for a moment!

A goal has as specific amount, with a specific deadline. You must be able to measure it and it must be attainable! and it must be realistic for it to be accomplished!

A Mary Kay goal is a great starter but you want a goal that will make you excited to get up and start a new day. Is it a trip to an amusement park with the kids, and long overdue 2nd honeymoon, remodel a room, build your dream home?

Ask yourself "Why" you want this goal until you feel the emotions that will give you the drive and desire of your heart.
