Mary Kay taught us that, "Nothing happens until someone sells something."  Can you imagine going to any store to get something you need, only to find out they wouldn't sell it?

Mary Kay believed it was just as honorable to sell something as to buy something.  Her goal was that we, the independent sales force, who by the way is #1 in the world, we see an invisible sign around our guests necks saying "Make Me Feel IMPORTANT!"  She truly felt our goal was to find a need and fill it.  Today the need I see all around me is the need for more girlfriend time!  After everything shut down and we were no longer able to have that girl-time connection to our besties, the Mary Kay beauty party is just the place to kick back, hang with besties and just enjoy life for a moment!

What were your reasons (Why) for starting your business?

If you knew you could not fail, what would you want to achieve with your Mary Kay Business?

A goal has as specific amount, with a specific deadline.  You must be able to measure it and it must be attainable! and it must be realistic for it to be accomplished!  

​

A Mary Kay goal is a great starter but you want a goal that will make you excited to get up and start a new day.  Is it a trip to an amusement park with the kids, and long overdue 2nd honeymoon, remodel a room, build your dream home?

​

Ask yourself "Why" you want this goal until you feel the emotions that will give you the drive and desire of your heart.

Parties are the fastest and easiest way to grow your business and your client base. When women can get together with friends in a fun, informal intimate setting to try the products, they are most likly to purchase from you for the personal service.

Preferred customer Program

This is the ultimate Marketing Program. Five times a year the new Look Book is sent to customers that you enroll for just $.79 cents a mailer; your customers will see the latest and greatest new product release along with a sample of a product.  
You will have a follow up list to print out so that you can call everyone you chose to receive the mailer.

2 + 2 + 2 Follow up 

Mary Kay was a genius in the people business.  She developed a system to follow up with customers who have started on our products to make sure that they are happy and using the products correctly!  Call them 2 days after they start to see if they have questions.  Then in 2 weeks we do a follow up appointment to reinforce why they are using it and to make sure that they are using it correctly and to introduce them to other amazing products.  After that they will receive a call every 2 months to just connect with them, to see if they are in need of anything, have questions or want to see any of the new items.
